We are a people who believe in Nigeria with a strong assurance that her greatness shall speak at last. We aren’t mere dreamers; we draw energy continuously from inspiration of like minds in mutual considerations of issues capable of substantiating our dreams. As no single tree makes a forest it is also an indisputable fact that the thickness of the forest is a function of its population density. For this reason, we welcome with open arms, anyone who still believes in Nigeria, the giant of Africa. What cannot be done is what was not begun.
All members present and intending should adhere strictly to our core values as we work together to see the vision fulfilled through an accomplished mission. Our global reputation is of utmost importance; don’t tarnish it. Nigeria depends on you; don’t depend on Nigeria.
It is essential to engage those who have written Nigeria off. We think it’s an act of ignorance to pray the boat sinks when you are onboard. We must recognise that negative utterances are affirmations in disguise. It is important for every Nigerian to understand that the problem of Nigeria is first with the people of Nigeria. Nigeria is a country because a people called Nigerians live in there. The land is named in the name of the people. Nigeria will cease to exist when there are no more Nigerians in there. Therefore, for Nigeria to be great, the people must first cultivate the attitude of greatness. The leaders are the people of Nigeria living by the grassroots orientation of an average Nigerian. If we didn’t pick leaders from the blues, Nigeria’s leadership is a reflection of the mentality of an average Nigerian who became a leader. When we change, leadership will change.
We have vowed to see Nigeria succeed through a series of right leadership. If yesterday failed us, we mustn’t fail the future. What we have today is the harvest of what our fathers sowed yesterday. If the best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the best time to plant another is now. Now is the time to give Nigeria a good look. Now is the time to plant the next seeds of greatness by our attitudes. Now is the time to plan for the generations yet unborn. Be positive. Buckle your shoes and gird your loins. Nigeria is serious business, she needs serious people.
May the efforts of great heroes and heroines never be wasted. May the prayers of patriots who have fallen asleep come to pass over our dear fatherland. May this nation be delivered from the forces that hold her down. May the beauty of this nation manifest and enhanced. May Nigeria never lack progressive minds that are resolute. May our heroes/heroines never die.
